We are one of the more well-established environmental companies in the US and have a strong presence in the Gulf Coast region. We are a leader in providing environmental services in the region and are currently looking for a strong professional to help grow our commercial real estate consulting business.
About this job – Outside Commercial Sales – Hunter
This role is strictly a hunting role. While there may be some overlap with current clientele, the focus of this role is to expand our commercial business portfolio. The compensation plan is focus on growth and client expansion.
At Envirotest, our sales representatives are titled Business Development Managers or BDMs. As a BDM, you are expected to help lead the sales effort, build relationships with potential clients and close the deals to turn the leads into customers.
This business is built on reputation and requires a strong individual to bring in new clients. It is our expectation that some older clients may be brought back into the portfolio which we would count as a new client.
This role will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Education / Experience Requirements;
Must have at least 3 years of sales experience, selling professional services
Preference – Experience with the commercial real estate market / property management companies
Preference – at least one year of management experience
Preference – Strategic leadership ability
Preference – Experience with NetSuite CRM software
50 K base salary
3.5 percent of new client sales (item exclusions apply)
.5% of existing business (clients who have activity within the last 12 consecutive months)
Note – All client evaluations and designations are determined by the Sales Manager.
Expected annual salary, with quotes met and stretch goals achieved, should top 100K annually.
